The programme supports the sales network in gaining an in-depth understanding of Fanola products. Each session focuses on specific topics designed to enhance the advice and proposals offered to customers. The in-person training provides an authentic and dynamic experience, combining theory and practice, with simulations and role-plays to ensure an engaging learning experience. The training is dedicated to presenting the Fanola ranges or a specific topic, with the aim of providing practical tools to improve advice, sales proposals and confidence when engaging with customers.

• To familiarise oneself with Fanola’s technical ranges • To familiarise oneself with Fanola’s treatment ranges • To familiarise oneself with Fanola’s new products

All roles involved in the sale of Fanola products (agents, distributors and sales assistants)
